1. You should receive an email from us shortly confirming receipt of your application to the email address you provided. If you don't hear from us please check your spam or junk folder and mark any emails from us as NOT spam. 

2. If you don't receive any email within 24 hours, please get in touch at [email protected]. We'll be sending you more information in the lead up to the start of the course! Email is our main way of contacting you.

3. Your teacher's manual will be sent to you a one week before the course starts. We don't send it out sooner because we don't want you to read it before the course starts. We think the experience is best when you experience the programme without prior knowledge of the activities.

4. Any questions - get in touch at [email protected]. We try to respond to emails within a few days.
